Our mission is to enhance the lives of youth, service members and their families, and the community while promoting the values Staff Sergeant William R. Wilson (“Billy”) lived by. Billy was a proud, selfless man who genuinely cared for all he met and always placed others’ happiness and wellbeing above his own. Thus, the SSG William R. Wilson Memorial Foundation was established, not only to honor and remember our hero Billy and his ultimate sacrifice, but to honor, share, extend, and embrace his way of life and desire to help all those he could. The Foundation will accomplish this mission through donating to students, youth athletics, and veterans and family services, fundraising throughout the community, and partnering with other organizations to accomplish our goals.
